Job Summary

  • To ensure the safe and cost effective operation of Telkom vehicles and ensure the availability of such vehicles for the business at all times.

    Responsibilities

  • Operate Telkom vehicles cost effectively
    Contribute to the cost savings targets of the function where employed

  • Conduct any customer contact in a professional manner.

  • Transport team members to and from sites OR transport managers/visitors to destinations as required by business

  • Ensure compliance with all road rules at all times.

  • Ensure that driver’s license is renewed timeously.

  • Report all road traffic incidents/accidents that occur timeously.

  • Ensure that vehicle is serviced and maintained regularly.

  • Ensure that vehicle license is renewed timeously.

  • Stay abreast of changes in road regulations and vehicle requirements at all times.
