Vacant Position:
  • Dispatch Agent

    Responsibilities
  • Support all HFC and GPON teams working in the field
  • Issue job tickets to teams and follow-up for correct ticket closure
  • Issue materials and equipment to teams
  • Compile and document reports
  • Communication liaison with stakeholders

    Skills
  • Well organized
  • Charismatic
  • Fibre home technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and awareness of customer service

    Requirements
  • Diploma in IT/ any other related course
  • Proficient in excel.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience working on Fibre to homes and/or related projects.
  • Flexible to work long hours with high percentage availability rate.
