Technical University of Kenya Part-time Teaching Sessional Assistant Lecturer Jobs

The Technical University of Kenya (TU-K) provides technological and innovative higher education training for students from diverse backgrounds.

To maintain the quality of education and training that is suitable for the globalized economy, TU-K augments its full-time teaching staff with industry practitioners who are recruited as sessional teaching staff at the levels of Adjunct Professors, Adjunct Associate Professors, Sessional Senior Lecturers, Sessional Lecturers and Sessional Assistant Lecturers.

The University wishes to recruit Sessional teaching staff and Adjunct Professors/Associate Professors for the academic year 2018/2019. For all the positions listed below (except for Sessional Assistant Lecturers) applicants should have a PhD in a relevant area and have vast teaching experience both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Applicants should clearly indicate their area(s) of specialization. Work experience in industry will be an added advantage.

For the position of Sessional Assistant Lecturer, applicants should have at least a Master's Degree in the relevant area and have more than three years of teaching experience at University or National Polytechnic.
