We are looking for a dynamic programme development manager to join Tearfund's Programme Design Team to facilitate the design of impactful development and humanitarian programmes around the world.

Are you able to envision opportunities that do not yet exist and translate strategy into compelling programme and project designs? Inspire others to pursue that vision and draft effective proposals to secure funding? Then this role may be for you!

The post holder will work closely with teams around the world to blend the best of Tearfund's capabilities with those of its partners to transform the lives of people in communities experiencing poverty, climate change and conflict.

In Addition to Being an Inspiring Leader, the Ideal Candidate Will:

Bring a deep understanding of development and/or humanitarian programming

Will have experience working with different types of funding streams

Adopt highly relational approaches to engage with culturally diverse teams
