Job Description

Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Associations (CCRDA), supported by Tearfund, is calling for proposals to undertake research to assess the state of localisation of humanitarian response in Ethiopia.

The research, analysis of the findings, writing of the report as well as dissemination of the report findings will take place between March 2019 and May 2019 with the total engagement of not more than 3 months. The location of the assignment is Addis Ababa and home-based.

Job Requirements

All interested applicants for the consultancy work have to submit a technical and financial proposal as their application. The proposal submitted by the consultant should clearly reflect the requirements listed below:

Cover letter.

CV of the consultant

Succinct work plan and schedule of activities including a realistic timeframe

Proposed methodology;

The skill set they are planning to engage in the consultancy work

Financial proposal including the full cost of consultancy including:

the monthly cost

all other costs for the consultancy (administrative, logistical)

Two samples of outputs from previous relevant research consultancies previously delivered
Other required documents to be attached by the consulting firm:

Renewed business license of the company

Accreditation, if applicable

VAT registration certificate
