This empowers student entrepreneurs with critical workplace, entrepreneurship, and life skills and mindsets so that they can leave school with the competencies to get a good job or run their own successful businesses.
We are a small organization with a big reach – Since 2006, we’ve created over 300,000 student entrepreneurs and 18,000 enterprising teachers through our global programs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:ProgrammesSupport on marketing, selection, and sensitization of SEC schools in the selected areas.
Support TAMTF Trainers to plan, coordinate and execute teacher and partner training.
Support on follow up and technical support for business planning and implementation in SEC schools
Support in recruiting a team of Data Collectors to ensure SEC program activities are implemented in line with the approved work plan.
Represent Teach A Man To Fish at networking events.
Support the Senior Field Officer in submitting accurate and timely cash reconciliations to the Finance and Admin Officer along with receipts for all expenditures.
Support the programme team in any other programme related activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Essential
A bachelor’s
degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Commerce, Business Administration, Development Studies, Adult & Community Education, Business Computing, Accounting, or a related field.
One year of experience in a Programs related role
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
Understanding of basic business concepts, including business planning and business management.
Ability to use common software packages including Word, Excel, Skype, E-mail
Proven ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and work independently
Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a small team
No criminal record.
