Job Description

Gather relevant data and prepare necessary reports (e.g. employee headcount reports, Indirect: direct ration reports, etc.) to reflect the actual employee headcount situation in the Factory.

Regularly monitor the overall Factory headcount against the budget, and report discrepancies to the HCM Services & Administration Manager.

Maintain the data in the HCM-related systems (e.g. HRIS, AMMIS, clock-in/out, etc.).

Maintain the employee personnel records upon employee movements.

Monitor employee attendance records. Clarify / verify questionable attendance records and takes appropriate actions as needed. Analyze the attendance records and provides suggestions to improve the attendance recording and reporting processes as appropriate.

Monitor the employee overtime. Alert the Production teams and HCM Services & Administration Manager of potential issues with OTs as needed. Report cases to when the allowable OT hours are exceeded.

Understand the reasons for the employee separations and feedback on the employment relationship, analyze the separation data gathered and report the turnover data to managers.

Supports the Compliance team to conduct internal compliance audits to ensure compliance to relevant labor laws, Group guidelines and customer codes of conduct.

Job Requirements

Education: First Degree in Human Resource Management or related.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Human resource preferably in labor intensive manufacturing industry.

Skills requirements:

Exposures on HR systems

Basic computer skills specially on Microsoft excel

Good command of written and spoken English

Customer handling, Attentions to details and team player
