Job Description

Gather and verify as needed the required information to carry out month-end / year-end closing operations as assigned.

Collect and/or consolidate the required information to prepare financial statements (e.g. P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) in accordance with Country and Group accounting procedures as assigned by the Financial Accounting Manager.

Gather and verify as needed the required information to prepare cash flow reports in support of the cash flow forecast by the Financial Accounting Manager as assigned.

Verify financial transactional documents (e.g. invoices, claims, etc.) for accuracy and validity. Investigate and resolve inaccurate and/or invalid transactions as needed. Process AP as specified in the Factory financial policies.

Follow-up the assigned accounts receivables which are past the agreed payment period.

Follow up on the insurance coverage as assigned by the Financial Accounting Manager.

Assist in data sorting and input for tax filing, tax payments and tax returns applications in a timely manner and in accordance with Country regulations.

Track incoming, outgoing, and retiring fixed assets accurately to safeguard the company’s fixed assets.

Job Requirements

First Degree in Accounting and Finance and minimum two-years of relevant experience preferably in manufacturing industry.

Additional skills requirements:

Basic computer

Exposures on ERP and other accounting system

Attention to detail
