Duties and responsibilities

An officer at this level will work under the guidance of senior officer performing the following duties and responsibilities

Issuing and receiving store

Preparation and maintenance of records; and,

Inventory and stock control.

Requirements for Appointment

Certificate in Supplies Management or its approved equivalent from a recognized institution.

MUST be a member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)

Knowledge in E-sourcing (IFMIS) is an added advantage and,

Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
OR

Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution.
