Job Description

TAF Oil P.L.C is seeking an experienced and professional Property Controller to join our team. This position will play a key role in the organizations.

Job Purpose:

Under the general direction of Property Section Head, the person handling this position is responsible for operational activities for all movable and immovable assets of the company, tasks include Plan, develop, implement and maintaining good property administration procedure manuals, policies, rules and regulations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Manages and controls the physical facility of the company.

Coordinate and monitor the purchasing of equipment, furniture, supplies and other items.
Handling Lease payment.

Managing Property registration

Arranging inventory check in and out reports.

Requesting and following the purchasing process.

Providing property management advice within area of expertise to existing and potential clients.

Supplies store workers.

Requesting purchase request.

Following the status of the purchasing process

Requesting Check payment based on

the analysis.

Flowing and obtaining the request materials.

Checking the quality and quantity of materials as per the given specification.

Sending, facilitating the purchased material to the request department and business unit.

Required skills and knowledge

A creative mindset with an ability to suggest improvements

Strong ability to manage own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work under pressure

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Familiarity with email and proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)


Job Requirements

Required qualification

BA Degree in Accounting, Management and other related study


Relevant experience

2-3 years progressively responsible experience
