Sync.com is a next-generation cloud sync and sharing platform that gives users secure access to their data from anywhere. Having launched as a beta in 2013, Sync is now in use by over 400,000 individuals and businesses worldwide.

And we’re just getting started! We’re in the process of scaling our platform to accommodate hundreds of millions.

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our sales and support team. You’ll be responsible for delivering the value of Sync to our customers. It will be your mission to work hand-in-hand with our small business customers, and their IT teams, to ensure successful Sync deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Support small business customers with Sync rollouts
  • Technical support and training during initial installs
  • Ensuring smooth prospect-to-customer transitions
  • Ongoing support to help customers get the most out of Sync
  • Knowing every detail of Sync, and understanding how small businesses use the product
  • Work closely with our development, product and marketing teams to ensure long-term customer success
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and cover shifts as required

    Requirements

  • 4+ years of systems administration or technical support experience
  • A deep understanding of
    computing systems, the cloud and hosted services
  • Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android up to systems administrator level
  • Experience supporting or maintaining computers and networks in a small business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or lead a small team
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a non-technical way
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or engineering a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong listening skills to facilitate issue resolution
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Project management experience
    Self-starter
  • A desire to make customers happy
