Job DescriptionWe are actively seeking a Graphic Artist to join our team, working with high-profile cooperate and commercial clients to implement communications strategies to align with their overarching business goals.
The Graphic Artist will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media outlets and clients.
The candidate should demonstrate tactical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Corel draw.
Knowledge in Adobe Lightroom and Aftereffects would be an added advantage.
You will be involved in the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, videos and photos.
You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of branding materials, websites, and marketing tools.
A good Graphic Artist must have a natural eye for design and color and design imaginative content that effectively resonates with their audience.
They also have to use different marketing tools to create beautiful work according to their customers’ needs.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities
Produce visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers.
Design creative content for online campaigns, print ads, websites, and videos.
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and account managers to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
Using creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form
Researching industry trends and developments and learning new applications
Input throughout the design stages (Post Concept Design Stage)
Act as the Project Stakeholders point of contact for design related issues.
Act as the project’s design coordinator and contributes (fully or partially) to the overall design management activities.
Responsible for the project and resource planning for the project and report project needs to senior team members. (Including coordination)
Carry-out independent design reviews for all types of projects. (All disciplines)
Monitor and Facilitate initiatives to develop design manuals, standard design documents, presentations, etc. to increase efficiencies, knowledge and awareness across the wider art and design community.

Proven experience, working at a mid-sized agency within a cooperate comms and or digital marketing environment.
Impeccable communication skills, taking direction, creativity, organizational skills.
