Purpose:

Dispatcher is responsible for effective planning and management of the operational teams daily plan and appointments with the customer. One of the main requirements for a dispatcher is the flexibility to multi-task adjust last minute changes and work with field teams to schedule emergency activities

You Will:

• Plan field teams daily plan and maintain contact throughout the day

• Contact customer to schedule field teams installations and technical support interventions

• Contact customers to inform status for the intervention or any last-minute changes.

• Collaborate with coordination to change or modify daily plan to accommodate the needs of the customer

• Cultivate strong communication skills to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.

• Monitor field teams work orders.

• Confirmation of work orders finalization with field teams and Validation respecting process and quality requirements

• Verification and validation of field teams daily reports for interventions (installations & maintenance).

• Manage company client’s maintenance services and act accordingly with the needs and requests by sending effective field teams’ response to the detected situations.

• Flexibility on work schedule to be able to work night shifts, weekends and holidays if needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Business Administration,

• 3 years’ Experience in Telecommunications operations
