Position Overview
As a Sales Advisor in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling our Visa services to potential clients in collaboration with our partner institutions.
Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions will be instrumental in achieving both personal and company-wide sales targets.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Generate leads and close in prospects.
Proactively reach out to potential clients through various communication channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence.
Present and explain our services to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
Develop customized solutions based on client needs and align them with our Visa offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating a clear understanding of how our services can address specific client challenges.
Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery processes for new clients.
Keep abreast of industry developments, Visa regulations, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM systems or other designated tools.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to enhance our service offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or related
field
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services, fintech, Visa, travel and tourism services.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of Visa regulations, payment systems, or financial services is a plus.
