Swift Consulting Operations / Admin Officer Jobs in Nigeria; We are currently recruiting for a qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of Operations / Admin Officer for one of our clients in the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain office operations, including schedules, supplies, and records.

Coordinate property inspections and ensure timely reporting on findings.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.

Maintain and organize real estate documentation, including contracts, leases, and property files.

Coordinate meetings, property viewings, and schedules for the real estate team.

Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.

Provide administrative support to the team, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.

Handle client enauities and ensure efficient communication between clients and staff.

Maintain and update property listings and databases.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Operations/ Admin Officer in the real estate industry is compulsory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate management software.

Strong understanding of real estate operations, documentation, and procedures.

Excellent organizational, multitasking,

and communication skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
