Role Overview
  • A top brand is looking to hire a Technical Assistant to provide support to the technical team and help them to ensure the smooth running of technical operations.
  • You will be required to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in project management. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical documents and drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with relevant standards.
  • In this role, you will be working closely with technical staff and management to help achieve project goals and provide technical assistance to the brand.

    Responsibilities
  • Assisting technical staff with project planning, design, and implementation.
  • Researching new technologies and processes to improve technical operations.
  • Providing technical support to clients or customers.
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and issues.
  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation and databases.
  • Coordinating with other departments and external partners to ensure technical projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Assisting with testing and quality assurance of technical systems and products.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • 3 to 5 years of Proven experience in a technical support role, with knowledge of technical systems and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
