Support Grants for Disadvantaged Women

I want to help train widows, abused women and school drop outs in Uganda in hand-crafts, textile designing, garment construction and entrepreneurship so they can earn a better living and support themselves and their families. Can I get a grant to assist this disadvantaged ladies and girls? Any assistance rendered will be highly appreciated.
