Our Client in the events industry is currently looking to hire a Supplier / Procurement Officer.

Skills

  • Good in Tendering process
  • Experienced in Events sector
  • Good in power point presentation
  • Good in writing proposals
  • Can hit targets
  • Knowledgeable in vetting good qualified suppliers
  • Have good negation skills
  • Have a good taste of quality and class.
  • Can manage event suppliers
  • Can follow processes though keenly
  • Can do ticketing and hotel booking
  • Good management skills
  • Knowledgeable to what is happening in the event sector
  • Have a wide knowledge of event suppliers
  • Timely Deliveries
  • Have a high level of integrity
  • Flexible on time
  • A go getter, can go an extra mile to be the best at what they do.
  • Driving is an added advantage

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply
  • Chain Management or any other related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver on assigned tasks with independence and little supervision
  • Adaptable and possess a zeal to learn
  • Proactive and possess great communication skills
