Our client based in Nairobi is looking for a responsible Senior secretary to support Senior Management and cover the Executive Assistants in their absence.

The successful candidate will be tasked to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Covering the Executive PA in their absence.
  • Diary management and operational tasks.
  • Managing and carrying out Medical policy renewal, Banking.
  • Coordinating the HO Drivers.
  • Filing – including legal activities.
  • Agenda preparation and expenses.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Generating reports and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Anticipating needs and wants in daily operation and preparing accordingly.
  • Providing support to other company departments, where necessary and during low-season periods.
  • Organizing internal office events such as company activities as and when required.

    Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in providing secretarial support at a senior level is essential.
  • Fast accurate typing/data entry.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Diary management.
  • Travel management.
  • Experience of working within a pressured environment.
  • Discretion and mature work ethic.
  • Able to work 6 full days per week.
