Roles and Responsibilities:

Present and sell the company’s medical equipment products and services to current and potential clients.

Monitor and manage the performance of medical representatives, ensuring their presence and accountability in the market.

Conduct weekly sales meetings to evaluate, assist, and monitor representatives’ market presence and performance.

Review and analyze weekly sales reports to ensure that accounts receive adequate attention and that sales strategies are properly executed.

Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve company objectives.

Oversee sales administration tasks, including tracking quotes/tenders, assisting in account collections, and managing reports and expenses.

Participate in tender submissions, including conducting price research and managing orders once tenders are awarded.

Manage logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with regional customs and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

Must have a degree in medicine or a related field.

Proven track record of performance in sales and leadership.

Strong attention to detail in sales administration and excellent communication skills.

Ability to meet steep targets and ensure the sales team achieves the same.

Strong self-drive, commercial awareness, and ability to identify and establish new business opportunities.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records and prepare regular marketing reports.

High level of integrity and accountability, with a strong work ethic.
