Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to nursing practices.
  • Manage inventory of nursing supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate levels for patient care.
  • Coordinate and delegate duties among nursing staff to optimize efficiency and patient care delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
  • Recommend promotions and professional development opportunities based on performance assessments.
  • Implement and monitor standards and quality control measures to enhance patient care outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and improve care delivery.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment among nursing staff.
  • Stay updated on healthcare trends and regulatory changes affecting nursing practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes for the nursing department.

    Qualifications
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience as a nursing director or similar position.
  • Background nursing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards in healthcare.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
