Summit Recruitment & Search Finance and operations Manager Jobs in Nzara - South Sudan



Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial models.
  • Develop board papers for the board of directors.
  • Donor Funding and Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit donor funding reports.
  • Manage donor relationships and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
  • Oversee procurement processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
  • Ensure efficient office management and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding of staff
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Engage with community and government stakeholders and maintain positive relationships
  • Supervise the accounts assistant and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPA (K) or ACCA Finalist
  • Good analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail
  • High professional integrity and organizational skills
  • Minimum of six (6) years’ experience of experience in finance and operations management.
  • Previous experience in South Sudan not necessary but an added advantage.
  • Highly computer literate – Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Must possess Impeccable integrity
  • Self-confident and conscientious.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise.
  • Good organisational skills.
