Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Sort and organize all invoicing documents and submit invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage outstanding AR and resolve any invoicing issues that may arise.
  • Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner as assigned.
  • Preparing & Reconciling statements for suppliers & creditors.
  • Liaising with directors on payment schedules.
  • Filing receipts as well as handling accounts payables/receivables.
  • Daily entry of key data of financial transactions in database as assigned
  • Function in accordance with established standards, and procedures and applicable laws.
  • Efficiently and accurately scan, index and quality check all company related paperwork.
  • Perform general office duties as well as other assignments as needed.

    Qualifications
  • Must have bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting or finance with both receivable and payables expertise, preferably in the logistics sector.
  • Must be proficient in excel or similar accounting system.
  • Exceptional ability to execute multiple projects and assignments with high attention to detail and without error.
  • Must have In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations and good analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have integrity with high morals and professional ethical values.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to meet deadlines, multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be willing to learn and work as part of an international team.
