Our client, a small business operation, is seeking a dependable and versatile All-Purpose Handyman to maintain all mechanical operations.
This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various systems and facilities, including basic vehicle maintenance and mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, and masonry tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these skills and be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.

Conduct routine inspections of company vehicles to identify and address any mechanical issues promptly.

Handle carpentry tasks such as repairing furniture, installing fixtures, and constructing structures as needed.

Address plumbing issues, including repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing new plumbing fixtures.

Perform masonry work, such as repairing walls, laying bricks, and patching concrete surfaces.

Maintain a clean and organized workshop and storage area for tools and equipment.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman, with expertise in basic

vehicle maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and masonry.

Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical systems and equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.

Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor and work in various environmental conditions.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (if required for vehicle maintenance tasks).
