Dear Sir/Madam
As a member of the student training school (S.A.T.S) we wish to inform you about the school activities register under the community of St. John as a chartable foundation in 2011. We ask that you consider our letter.

The S.A.T.S is geared towards assisting students of different education level in various subject areas. Most of the students participating in the project are not all financially able to afford private classes so in order to help them; we have agreed to form this organization. The subjects that will be offered are mathematics, English, reading, spelling and writing skills.

The foundation is planning to open a training school in order to help students with difficulties in subjects and areas. My members and I find education is vital to children in the community and parish of St. John. My organization has seven (7) tutors who would be delighted to support the children in S.A.T.S form both primary and secondary school has difficulties in subjects.

In order to make this school a reality and successful S.A.T.S need your financial support and kindly asks your assistance of EC $200.00. which will be use to pay the persons coming to guide and assist the children that will be attending the school cheques can be made to student Assistant training school in the communal co-operative credit union. Account number 992690. Be assured that you will receive acknowledgement of what is taking place for your support given.

We look forward to your support and sponsorship and reiterate our gratitude and best wishes. Attached to this letter is a document with the mission, vision, pledge, motto and objectives.
