Job Must Have
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate or insurance market, including trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Creative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns and strategies that stand out in a competitive market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling marketing materials and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of customer personas and the ability to tailor marketing efforts to meet customer needs and preferences.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and using it to make
informed decisions and optimizations.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other marketing software.
Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Building and maintaining relationships with key industry contacts, including real estate agents, insurance brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in sales, product development, and other departments to achieve common marketing goals.
The marketing landscape is constantly evolving, so being adaptable and open to learning new techniques and tools is crucial.
A track record of achieving measurable marketing results and meeting KPIs.
