Job Education

Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media marketing are advantageous.

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on social media marketing.

Job Must Have

Social Media Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in managing and strategizing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Digital Marketing: Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

Content Creation: Ability to create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content.

Analytics: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content ideas.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling marketing messages and engaging with the online community.

Marketing Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.

Audience Segmentation: Ability to identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts to reach and engage with specific demographic groups.

Advertising Platforms: Familiarity with paid advertising on social media platforms, including ad creation, budget management, and targeting.

Brand Management: Understanding of brand management principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across social media channels.
