Job Education

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the real estate industry.

    Job Must Have

  • Real Estate Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including an understanding of its unique HR challenges, regulations, and best practices.

  • HR Expertise: Strong expertise in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance.

  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead HR teams effectively.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effectively interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex HR issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in conflict resolution and mediation techniques to manage employee relations and disputes.

  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

  • Legal Compliance: Thorough knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the real estate industry.

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.

  • Change Management: Ability to facilitate and manage organizational change and development initiatives.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Recruitment: Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing,
    interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Employee Relations: Handling employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment, and addressing concerns promptly.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation and benefits programs, conducting salary reviews, and ensuring competitive pay structures.

  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs, implementing employee development programs, and managing performance appraisal processes.

  • Policy Development: Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.

  • Compliance: Ensuring the company's HR practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in the real estate sector.

  • Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies that support the company's growth and objectives.

  • Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.

  • Reporting: Preparing HR reports and metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
