Job Education

Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

Experience: Prior experience in accounting or financial roles, with at least 1-3 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant.

Job Must Have

Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated excellent Excel skills, including the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and use functions and formulas effectively.

Accounting Software: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and the ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.

Numerical Skills: Proficiency in mathematics and numerical analysis, with the ability to handle financial calculations with precision.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and documentation efficiently.

Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and vendors.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting: Knowledge of basic financial reporting and the ability to assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ethical Conduct: Adherence to ethical accounting and financial practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
