Job Purpose To manage the end to end value propositioning of the Retention inbound and outbound contact centre by ensuring adherence to standing procedures and audit requirements within the area.
Managing of large staff contingent in terms of agreed human performance principles, and effective support to all staff and management always.
Key Responsibilites
Ensure Operational effectiveness through Human resource Management, Process and systems Management.
Manage Shrinkage.
Reduce complaints.
Connect survey results.
Quality Assurance (Team Average).
Ensure staff meet performance KRA’s.
One on ones to be conducted monthly.
Call audits on consultants.
Qualifications
Matric
Tertiary qualifications (advantageous).
FAIS accreditation and RE 5.
Minimum 5 years Short and Long-Term Insurance experience.
Minimum 5 years Supervisory experience within a Call Centre or Customer Services environment.
