Job Description

  • To implement the SBFC Voice & Digital business model and specifically develop and grow its Virtual Advisor arm through Digital transformation ensuring efficient delivery of financial planning services to our clients.

  • To monitor the execution of business processes throughout the Voice & Digital business.

  • To implement business development strategies in line with the business structure

    Qualifications

  • Wealth Management / Financial Planning qualification (or any FAIS aligned related qualification) - Preference for B.Comm Finance / Legal degree / Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)
    RE5

  • RE1 (Preferred)

  • Minimum required qualification and experience in terms of FAIS fit and proper requirements

  • To represent SBFC as a Key Individual

    Minimum Experience:

  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in managing, coaching, and developing a team of financial planners

  • Experience in Virtual Financial Planning and Digital Enhancement

  • Preferred knowledge and experience with Robo-Advising

  • Preferred work experience in a financial planning Call Centre
