Job Description
  • To perform economic research and analytics that will provide commercial value-generating business insights to Personal & Private Banking, Business & Commercial Clients, Product and Provincial stakeholders across South Africa and Africa Regions.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualification
  • Masters in Economics

    Experience
  • For the Junior Economist: 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer, market and economic research. Industry and economics research within corporate banking. Macroeconomic research.
  • Able to highlight exceptions and recommendations based on economic analysis, for consideration and further consumption.
  • For the Economist: 5 - 7 years’ experience in customer, market and economic research.
  • Industry and economics research within corporate banking. Macroeconomic research. Able to highlight exceptions and recommendations based on economic analysis, for consideration and further consumption.
