Job Description
  • To build an end-to-end SBFC guided advice centre capability for the fulfilment of all customer generated digital demand (including inbound, outbound, mobile, etc.) that focusses on orphan and small low value clients in line with the broader SBFC objectives.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:
  • B.Com Degree Wealth Management/Financial Planning
  • Post-Grad Diploma in Financial Planning (Preferable)
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
  • MBA (Advantage)

    Minimum Experience:
  • Recognised FAIS Key Individual
  • 7 to 10 years experience in eCommerce practice, principles and digital platforms
  • 7 to 10 years experience in operational processes, policies, systems and dealing with third party suppliers (e.g., Liberty, Stanlib) and internal stakeholders
  • 7 to 10 years experience in call centre operations and compliance matters.
  • Experience within a call centre environment, understanding the banks products, processes and services
