Job Description

To achieve operational excellence and superior client experience through executing the end-to-end debt review activities and delivering in accordance with the organisational and industry strategies; rules and regulations.
This includes Debt Review Originations, Certificate of Balance, Proposals, Legal, Restructures, Payment Management, Terminations, Reinstatements, Administration, Service Fulfilment, and Specialised Debt Review Teams.

Minimum qualifications

Matriculation / Tertiary and Debt Review Certifications will be an advantage

Training Courses: Debt Review Role Based Accreditation / Advanced Debt Review Programme / Paralegal

Experience Required

1-2 years banking/business exposure in credit evaluations/Legal/ administrative/customer service role and/or debt review role

Technical Competencies

Computer literate (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word) and knowledge of product and collections and debt review systems,

Computer literacy, Services skills, accounting/budgeting skills, risk management ability, legal; credit evaluation skills.

Personal competencies

Good verbal and written communication,

Good numerical ability

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and make a positive contribution

Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships

Ability to execute with high quality output.
