Job Description

  • Supervise the entrenchment officers to ensure cross-sell the Bank’s Product and
  • Lead a team of outbound agents to onboard new customers using the entrenchment model
  • To reactivate dormant and inactive accounts
  • Cross sell the bank’s products and services to existing and new customers.

    Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of First Degree
  • 4 years’ experience of which 3 years should be in the banking industry
