Stanbic Bank Uganda Project Coordinator - Business Incubator Jobs

Job Purpose

To manage the activities and programmes in the Incubator in order to assist entrepreneurs with the start-up and growth of early stage companies.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Incubator framework, design and roll out
Curriculum design and co-ordination.

Sourcing and engaging the learning programs and service providers to deliver the Incubator program

Coordinating the development, evaluation and implementation of programme goals, objectives, and activities

Sourcing and selection of eligible program SME/Enterprise participants

Communication and Marketing of the Incubator program

Operational day to day running of the Incubator

Stakeholder engagement

Reporting

Research and development

Post Incubator Program mentorship support

Reviews service providers for delivery of incubator programmes based on quality and price.

Identify and assess possible sponsorship opportunities for the Incubator

Preferred Qualification and Experience

Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.

Three years’ experience in related field.

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Project management skills

Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise

Computer literacy; MS Office Applications

Good understanding of statistics and report collation

Knows how to question and probe for information
Business knowledge

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

Ability to work on tight deadlines.
