Role Description

This is a full-time Lead Teacher role at St. Agnes Primary School Kisugu located in Kampala. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for managing and instructing students while leading a team of teachers. Day-to-day tasks include developing reading programs, managing discipline and behavior, creating and maintaininga school , mentoring teachers and developing a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field

Teaching certification in the relevant subject area

A minimum of 5 years teaching experience, with experience in a leadership role preferred

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement curriculum, manage and motivate teachers, and evaluate student progress

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills
