Purpose of the Job

Supports Factory Management by taking a lead role in the day-to-day supervision and coordination of factory staff, materials and quality in the production of Ceramic Water Filters.

Main Responsibilities

Contribution to job’s performance

Coordinate the production of ceramic water filters in a manner which ensures the maintenance of product quality.

Maintain accurate and up to date records to support efficient factory processes

Monitor staff performance to optimise use of the factory’s labour resource

Operate and maintain factory machinery/assets in accordance with the machinery maintenance register.

Ensure that work practices comply with health and safety requirements.
