Sponsoring Communication center

Dear madam, sir,
We are a Dutch foundation, Stichting Milly Mamoudou, linked with a NGO in Guinea, Conakry: ONG Sarinka. The foundation and the NGO are both registered with the responsible ministries in both countries.
Our mission is: Don’t give fish but provide a fishing rod and teach them to fish. Because of that we want to create employment in Coyah, where we are active, so the parents can earn their own livelihood, they can feed their children and can afford to send them to school and thereby improve their overall living condition.
Currently we have:
A nutrition / educational program for 80 children between 6 and 16 years.
A telecenter for charging phones through solar panels.
A comfortable space where even at night homework can be made and to use as a library, also by solar panels.
A multifunctional park with the possibility to hold seminars, meeting, parties and also the possibility to stay overnight for meetings and recreation (running water and electricity by solar panels).
A small optic shop for consultation and preparing spectacles, needs to be extended.
So far everything was financed by fundraising and sponsoring in The Netherlands. Due to the financial crisis this cannot be done anymore and we do need to find other sponsors. Two of our sponsors had to stop their yearly donation and because of that we cannot continue to build the expansion with 10 apartments that are needed to accommodate multi-day seminars.
Also we are asked by the locals to start
a communication center, because Coyah, where we are active, with more than 150.000 inhabitants, has no internet connection which cause for example mental retardation for students.
Our aim is that all projects are self supporting by the end of 2014, but to achieve this we do have to provide our people an adequate and solid basis.
We are 6 á 7 months in Guinea to assist and guide the projects so at last they will be fully independent without our financial assistance or leadership.
Currently 28 villagers have a monthly income which means that around 170 people are being fed and if we can increase the numbers of apartments and start a communication center there will be a total of 45 villagers with a steady income.
My question is whether you can tell me if and how we can apply for funding by your organization so we can continue to realize our great projects.
To achieve all this we need a total of $ 155.000,- and are hoping that Foundations and companies will grant us a one off donation.
