Job Summary:

The position holder is responsible for developing, leading and implementing the company Sales & Marketing strategy and programmes.

He/She will ensure delivery of sustainable profitable growth and meet business objectives, through innovation and brand building.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing strategy formulation and execution
  • Achieve targeted market share and gross margins
  • Quality and timely implementation of the agreed Sales & Marketing and innovation programs
  • Achieve brand equity plan
  • Availability of market intelligence data
  • Growth in sales revenue
  • Return on marketing activity investment (ROI)
  • Lead to customer ratio
  • Conversion of referrals to sales ( Ratio)

    Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science – Required
  • A Post Graduate qualification – Desirable

    Job Experience Requirements:
  • More than 7 years experience in similar industry with not less than two years in a Management position.
