Job Details:

Speedball Courier Services Limited is looking for field officers in the following regions: Lodwar, Garissa, Meru, Machakos, Mombasa, Bungoma, Maua, Chuka, Embu, Nanyuki, Kirinyaga, Muranga, Voi, Wote, Mwingi, Kibwezi, Busia, Kitui .

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Must be very conversant with items our clients ship to their customers

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints and relaying the same to your immediate supervisor

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Analyzes client requests and propose appropriate solutions.

Follows procedures established by the department.

Validates method of payment with the client.

Handles pick-ups and deliveries according to clients’ SOP requirements.

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of form 4 leavers certificate.

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Experience working with customer support.

Bilingual (Kiswahili– English) (verbal and written)

Proficiency in MS-Office suite

Ability to work under pressure
