Hi.

Many thanks for taking the time to help some of us.

My questions is in regard to the subject matter.

How easy is it for someone to get a scholarship while abroad (in the country he intends to do his Masters) as compared to applying for one in their mother country?

How feasible is it for someone who got a Lower Division to be considered for scholarship/grants, and how can one increase his chances?

Could you be having a general idea on Austrian Universities, particularly Graduate schools?
