Job purpose

This main purpose of this role is to play an active role in planning and conducting market research to develop marketing and branding strategies that will build the company’s brand and products brands leading to increased awareness, growth in market share and generation of leads that supports the business to meet its business goals efficiently.

Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any other business-related fields.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, trade marketing, marketing operations ,branding , sales activations , digital

Competencies

Technical competencies

Ability to establish clear metrics for measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Strategic mind set, with ability to turn strategy into results.

Sound knowledge of marketing, branding, and advertising best practices.

Ability to identify and interpret consumer and market trend analysis.

Experience in advertising or media

Experience of website and intranet/extranet development and management.

Experience of maintaining and protecting an organization’s brand in a variety of formats

Experience in planning events.

Ability to originate unique ideas.

Quality orientation.

Knowledge of Digital/Online/Social Media strategy, audience management and analytics.
