Reporting to Line Supervisor, the Clerk will be responsible for:

a) Reviewing and retrieving files for relevant action;
b) Opening files;
c) Photocopying file documents;
d) Filing of documents;
e) Responding to inquiries regarding specific cases;
f) Maintaining and updating files systematically and accurately to ensure rapid access and retrieval;
g) Preparation of relevant schedules;
h) Reconciliation of data;
i) Managing and organizing patient health records.
j) Updating Records;
k) Drafting correspondences;
l) Preparing Reports;
m) Raises bills for relevant action;
n) Control of file Movement;
o) Updates registers;
p) Preparation of Vouchers;
q) Capturing Data into information systems.
Job Specification/ Requirement
a) Minimum KCSE C- (Minus)
b) Certificate in relevant field.
c) Diploma qualification in relevant field from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
d) Computer Literate.
e) Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution
