Solution Sacco Society Branch Managers Jobs in Kenya


Responsibilities

  • Directing and coordinating all operational aspects including service channel operations, customer service, human resources, administration, marketing and sales Developing and managing branch performance forecasts, financial objectives and business plans in line with the SACCO's Strategic Objectives
  • Meet performance goals and metrics Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, personal development and motivation.

    Qualifications:

  • First degree preferably in a business or finance related field KCSE mean grade C+ (plus), with a C+ (plus) in both Mathematics and English
  • Computer literacy is a must Age - between 28 and 35 years
