About the Job
  • With the Mission experiencing a scale-up in terms of activities, it has become necessary and urgent to hire a HR Coordinator. The HR coordinator will direct and coordinate all local HR matters, administrative, and labor services.
  • He/she will take part in defining Solidarités International’s human resource policies, and ensure that it is followed.
  • He/she will monitor adherence to and donor processes and guidelines as well as to the laws and requirements of the country. He/she is the point of reference for the mission, and the link between headquarters and the mission for all administrative matters.

    Education:
  • no specific diploma required, what matters the most is the experience in the humanitarian field.
