As a Supervisor you will be responsible for:

Effective management of Shelf Health

Update Categories Planogram

Planogram on Shelf

Process stock administration

Effective management of the order and returns process

Effective implementation of promotional activities

Effective implementation of In-store activation

Effective Team & Self-Management

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Diploma of any field

3 years’ or more experience in the FMCG Industry as a Supervisor

Desired competencies:

Interpreting data and examining information to inform strategy

Team management

Meeting timescales

Making Decisions

Following procedures and driving a high-performance culture

Developing expertise and providing insights

Upholding company standards & integrity

Adopting practical approaches to driving solutions

Identifying and seizing opportunities
