We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Manager who will collaborate to create growth for our Clients, Customers and our Business. Someone who has the ability to proactively influence and manage relationships and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and in-store execution.

As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should

Have 2-3 years’ sales experience in an FMCG or relevant environment

Have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience

Have a relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF Level 6

Have a code 8 drivers’ license

Demonstrate sales management skills

Be able to lead a diverse team
Focus on performance and be results driven
