Senior Finance Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the CFO on all reporting and compliance requirements for the local entity

  • Full responsibility for the reporting and compliance of international entities

  • Submission of local and international Tax, Vat and statutory returns (USA, Mauritius, Hong Kong)

  • Preparation of management accounts and reporting to shareholders on performance

  • Preparation of budgets and monitoring of performance to budget

  • Management of finance team including debtors, creditors and financial accountants

  • Management of audit

  • Performance of high level and complex journals and calculations

  • Implementation of improved systems and processes

  • Preparation of multi currency consolidation

  • Review of contracts and agreements

    Senior Finance Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • Qualified CA (SA) with at least 3 years of post articles experience

  • Experience must ideally be in similar role

  • Strong systems understanding

  • Strong Excel Skills

  • SQL experience preferred

  • Able to mentor and lead a team
