Job Review
  • A competent Cleaner/Office Assistant is needed by our client in the Beauty Industry, to help organize and oversee the day-to-day business operations.

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clean all spaces in the office/ store areas
  • Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
  • Welcome clients, visitors in and liaise between them and manager or the MD.
  • Ensure all areas in the store are clean all the time without reminders.
  • Perform and track routine inspection
  • Perform and track maintenance activities
  • Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions
  • Make adjustments and perform minor repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Run errands when told to do so.
  • Cooperate with other staff and maintain good daily store/work operations.

    Requirements
  • Minimum of SSCE
